Terms of use

Last updated: June 5, 2026

By using tupetate.com you accept these terms. Read them — they're short on purpose.

What tupetate.com is

tupetate.com is an AI-based travel-planning assistant. It asks you about the trip you want, searches for real options (flights, hotels, activities, transfers) and proposes them on a board you accept, discard or book on the provider's site.

What we DON'T do

  • We don't process payments. When you click «Book», you leave tupetate.com and enter the official provider's site (Booking, Aviasales, GetYourGuide, etc.). The transaction happens there, with their terms and their customer support.
  • We don't issue tickets, vouchers or bookings. They're issued by the provider you booked with.
  • We're not a travel agency. We're an assistant that helps you compare and decide, not a booking intermediary.

Prices and information shown

Prices and schedules come from partner APIs and are fetched in real time when possible. They may vary between the moment we show them to you and the moment you enter the provider's site. The price you pay is always the one the provider confirms on their site.

Acceptable use

We ask that you don't use the service to automate bulk queries, resell access, generate illegal or deceptive content, or attempt to bypass the per-account usage limits. We may suspend accounts that violate this point without prior notice.

Availability and limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the service available and the data up to date, but we don't guarantee zero downtime, absolute price accuracy or availability of every option shown. tupetate.com is not responsible for problems arising in the booking with the final provider — those are handled by the provider you booked with.

Personal data

How we handle your data is explained in Privacy Policy.

Petates and planning balance

You can start planning for free. Once the free planning included in your account is used up, generating itineraries with AI is paid for with a balance of «petates» you can top up in packs.

A petate corresponds to generating one travel itinerary with AI and includes the usual adjustment interactions to fine-tune it (as a guide, up to about 25 refinement interactions on that same itinerary). Intensive, continued use on a single trip beyond that limit may require spending an additional petate from your balance. In that case we'll always warn you beforehand and it's only deducted if you choose to continue.

What uses up balance: only the artificial-intelligence work, i.e. generating an itinerary and the conversation with the assistant to find you real options and refine it (searches, idea suggestions and planning).

What does NOT use up balance: everything you do yourself on your trip, because it doesn't use artificial intelligence. In particular: organizing, moving or reordering cards on the board or the timeline; accepting, discarding or editing suggestions; marking something as booked; adding your own bookings or links; and exporting, sharing or viewing your trip's calendar. Booking through our links is also always free.

The balance therefore covers only AI planning, never the booking or the manual management of your trip. Balance top-ups are digital products for immediate consumption; by starting to use the balance you accept the execution of the service, without prejudice to the applicable withdrawal rights over the unused balance.

Business model

We're funded mainly by affiliate commissions when you book on partner sites through our links (the details are in Affiliate disclosure) and, additionally, by the sale of AI-planning balance described in the previous section.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts in Madrid, without prejudice to the applicable consumer-protection rights.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when published on this page; the date above reflects the last modification.
